Sign-ups are happening now for the Midnight’s Children Salon starting the week of May 8th. We will meet for the following 5 weeks Monday evenings, but since the first Monday is a holiday, we will be meeting that Thursday night May 11th. Midnight’s Children is a wild ride through the creation of Modern India as represented in the body of a young boy- many think this is Salman Rushdie’s strongest work and an accessible and stunning example of the post-modern voice.
